Después David, por medio de un decreto, ordenó que se reuniera a todos los extranjeros que vivían en Israel. De entre estos extranjeros escogió a los que debían trabajar cortando y puliendo las piedras para el templo de Dios.

David gave orders to gather together the foreigners who were in the land of Israel; and he set masons to cut dressed stones to build God’s house.
