Accepting these terms

By using yeshva.com (“Yeshva”, “the service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. The Bible reader is free and public; community features require an account.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create a Yeshva account. The Match (dating) section is also 18+ only. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.

The public Bible reader and the other pages that need no account can be read freely.

Your account

You must provide truthful information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Community guidelines

Yeshva exists to build people up. The following are not allowed: harassment or bullying; hate speech; sexually explicit content; spam or unsolicited advertising; impersonating others; or illegal content. You can report content or block members from within the app; our team reviews every report and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Intimate images shared without consent, and illegal content

Posting intimate images or videos of a person without their consent is prohibited, including fakes made with artificial intelligence. Accounts that do so are closed.

If you are shown in such an image — or are authorized to act for the person shown — ask us to remove it at yeshva.com/report-content. We remove it within 48 hours of receiving a valid request. Use the same form to tell us about any other illegal content.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute that content within the service (for example, showing your post in the community feed). You can delete your content at any time, and the license ends when you do.

Only post content you have the right to share.

How our content is made

YESHVA articles are created with the help of artificial intelligence and published under the editorship of our editor, Luciano Olguin. English and Spanish are each written natively for that language; neither is a machine translation of the other. Scripture passages that appear in an article are never written by a model: every reference is rendered from Yeshva's own Bible text. Article images are AI-generated illustrations and do not depict real people. Articles are informational and devotional in nature and are not medical, legal, financial, or personal pastoral advice. If you spot a mistake, we will correct it as soon as we can; write to hello@yeshva.com.

Bible texts

The Bible translations available on Yeshva (WEB, KJV, ASV, BBE, YLT, Reina-Valera 1909, Sagradas Escrituras 1569) are in the public domain. The Audio Bible is generated with your browser's speech synthesis.

Match

Match is an optional feature for Christian singles aged 18 and over. Be honest in your profile and treat others with respect. Yeshva does not verify member identities: use good judgment and caution when meeting people, especially in person.

Service availability and changes

Yeshva is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to give notice of significant changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeshva and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including content posted by other members or interactions between members.

Termination

You can stop using Yeshva and request deletion of your account at any time by writing to hello@yeshva.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms and contact
