Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material

Yeshva absolutely prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and every form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes sharing, requesting, or linking to such material, the sexualization of minors in any form, grooming (adults contacting minors for sexual purposes), sextortion, and child trafficking.

Any account involved in this conduct is removed immediately and permanently. There are no warnings and no second chances.

Who can use Yeshva

Yeshva is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow accounts belonging to anyone under that age. The Match (dating) section requires you to be 18 or older.

How to report a child safety concern

Every post and every profile on Yeshva carries a Report button (in the post’s or profile’s ⋯ menu), available in both the app and on the web. Choose the reason, add any details you can, and submit — the report goes straight to our moderation team.

You can also email us directly at hello@yeshva.com with the subject “Child safety”. We treat these messages with the highest priority.

How reports are reviewed

Every report is reviewed by our moderation team. Reports touching the safety of a minor are prioritized above all others. When a violation is confirmed, we remove the content and the responsible account, and we preserve the evidence needed to assist the authorities.

Compliance and cooperation with authorities

Yeshva complies with all applicable child safety laws. When we detect or are made aware of apparent CSAM, we report it to the relevant authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement — and we cooperate fully with their investigations.
