Delete your Yeshva account
You can delete your account and all of your data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent: nothing is kept in a hidden copy, there is no waiting period, and it cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and photo
- Posts and photos
- Prayer requests
- Comments and reactions
- Private messages
- Group memberships
- Event RSVPs
- Your Match profile
- Any files you uploaded
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a paid subscription. If you have one, cancel it first in Settings → Membership, or in the App Store or Google Play.
Three ways to do it
In the app
Open the Yeshva app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Type “DELETE” to confirm.
On the website
Sign in at yeshva.com and go to Settings → Delete account. Type “DELETE” and press Delete my account.
By email
If you can’t sign in, write to hello@yeshva.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete it promptly, and always within 30 days.
