“So Moses and Aaron said to all the Israelites, “This evening you will know that it was the LORD who brought you out of the land of Egypt,”
The Israelites are in the Wilderness of Sin, hungry, and they grumble against Moses and Aaron, longing for the food of Egypt. God promises to rain bread from heaven.
