Paul writes to the churches in Galatia with unusual urgency. Instead of the usual thanksgiving, he goes right to his shock that they are turning away from the gospel he preached to them.

Galatians 1:7which is not even a gospel. Evidently some people are troubling you and trying to distort the gospel of Christ.
Galatians 2:16know that a man is not justified by works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have believed in Christ Jesus, that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified.
Acts 15:1Then some men came down from Judea and were teaching the brothers, “Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved.”
