“Jesus performed this, the first of His signs, at Cana in Galilee. He thus revealed His glory, and His disciples believed in Him.”
This verse concludes the account of the wedding at Cana, where Jesus turned about six large stone water jars into excellent wine when the hosts ran out. Running out of wine at a village wedding would have been a real social disgrace.
