“Then the LORD said to Moses,”
Chapter 13 described how a priest diagnosed serious skin diseases, often translated as leprosy, which required the sufferer to live outside the camp. This verse opens chapter 14, where the Lord gives Moses the ritual for restoring a person who has been healed, as well as instructions for mold or mildew found in houses.
