Leviticus 6:1

Study note

Leviticus 6 (numbered 5:20 in some Hebrew editions) continues the guilt offering, this time for wrongs against a neighbor such as deception, theft or keeping what was entrusted. After that it gives priests their instructions for the burnt, grain and sin offerings, including the fire that was never to go out.

Leviticus 6:4once he has sinned and becomes guilty, he must return what he has stolen or taken by extortion, or the deposit entrusted to him, or the lost property he found,
Numbers 5:5And the LORD said to Moses,
