Study note

Right after a woman anoints Jesus at Bethany, Judas, one of the twelve, goes to the chief priests and agrees to hand Jesus over for thirty pieces of silver. The sum matches the price of a slave in Exodus and the prophet's rejected wages in Zechariah.
