“The LORD answered Moses, “Is the LORD’s arm too short? Now you will see whether or not My word will come to pass.””
Israel is complaining in the wilderness about the lack of meat, and Moses is overwhelmed at how to feed roughly six hundred thousand men. God has just promised to send meat for a whole month.
