designarás tres ciudades en donde pueda refugiarse cualquiera que haya dado muerte accidentalmente a otra persona. Dividirás el país en tres distritos, y cada distrito contará con una de estas ciudades de refugio. Los caminos de acceso a estas ciudades se conservarán en buen estado.
