Berean Standard Bible
“Now you are the body of Christ, and each of you is a member of it.”
This verse sums up Paul's extended comparison of the church to a body in 1 Corinthians 12:12-26. He has described how the foot cannot resign from the body and the eye cannot dismiss the hand.
