Ezekiel 2
Berean Standard Bible10 verses · 1 min read
Ezekiel, addressed as son of man, is commanded to stand as the Spirit enters him. God sends him to Israel, described as a rebellious, stubborn people who have rebelled for generations. Whether they listen or not, they will know that a prophet has been among them. Ezekiel is told not to fear them or their words, even if he feels among briars and scorpions, and above all not to rebel himself. A hand holds out a scroll written on both sides with lament, mourning and woe, and he is told to open his mouth and receive it.
